The company is not particularly good at informing a customer when their order will arrive. I called them to enquire about the status. The person I spoke with was pleasant to talk to and helpful. The order arrived in the a few days later, as suggested by the customer service employee. Everything turned just fine, but if you want your product in two days, then calling them and asking them if they can do that is a good idea.
