In order to make your purchase easier, we have now the Pro Lighting 30 Day Money Back *.
* Under the following conditions:
Only for distance marketing (shipping),
Only for customers who are regarded as consumers according to Civil Code §13,
Only if the goods have been purchased for private use,
And only if the goods were not purchased by financing or on account (Paypal invoice / factoring).
We extend the statutory right of revocation to 30 days from date of invoice.
You can also return your items ordered from us outside of the statutory period of 14 days if you follow the following guidelines:
- Add a copy of the invoice for the return, so that we can assign the goods.
- Add a brief note that you want to return the goods.
- The goods must be returned in original packaging. (If necessary, repackaged for shipping)
- The goods must be returned in unused and undamaged condition upon return and returned with complete packaging, all accessories, films and cable ties.
- In case of a depreciation by use, we reserve ourselves to calculate proportionately deductions or to reject the taking back.
- You bear the cost of return and transport risk.
- Excluded are wearing parts & consumer articles, e.g. (But not exclusively) cables, adhesive tapes, open fluids, goods which are custom-made according to the customer's requirements, as well as non-stocked goods ordered at the customer's request and all other articles which are already excluded in the right of revocation.
- For returns from abroad within the framework of the Pro Lighting 30 days Money Back, the costs will be bear by the customer.
- We will refund you the purchase price of the goods, but not the shipping costs of your original purchase.
For commercial users and resellers (customers who are not considered consumers in accordance with Civil Code §13):
Please do not hesitate to contact us! If you need demo equipment for sampling, we will provide you with partial exhibition equipment which we can provide to you. For regular customers, this service is free of charge! Thus new devices remain "new" and do not have to be sold as B-Stock for customer returns. Of course, we would be happy to advise you about the right device for sampling.
